Following in his family’s footsteps, Randall has over 25 years of experience in designing, producing and selling jewelry. With his dedication to creativity and design, Randall has won many art awards. He combines past experience working for large companies with his vast knowledge of jewelry to serve customers at Otten, Vallot & Co.

Lothar Vallot

A Certified Gemologist SCC, goldsmith, and diamond setter, Lothar has been in the jewelry business since 1975. Recognized as an expert in the field, Lothar has served as the Department Chair of the Gemology Program at Santiago Canyon College for 37 years. Located in Orange, California, SCC is the only community college in the country to offer a full rigorous certificate program in gemology. Lothar received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio.
